We've melted our 72% Extra Dark chocolate flakes with a shot of coffee to create a thick chocolate sauce to pour over vanilla ice cream in our version of an affogato.

- 72% Extra dark hot chocolate flakes
- 1 single espresso / 20ml coffee
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Add 6 teaspoons of 72% Extra dark chocolate flakes to a bowl.
Pour over the hot espresso or coffee and whisk together to melt the chocolate, until you have a thick chocolate sauce.
Add the ice cream to a bowl or serving dish, pour the chocolate over the ice cream and enjoy your Knoops chocolate affogato.
