Knoopology is the art of crafting your perfect chocolate drink, not just in our stores, but at home too.

Think of the process like an experiment. Choose from our range of White, Milk or Dark chocolate flakes, pick your milk – dairy or plant-based work – to make hot and cold drinks. Don't forget to add any extras, a pinch of sea salt or some freshly grated orange zest are great starting points.

Step 1

Choose your preferred % - from sweet, creamy 28% white all the way up to the deep, rich cocoa flavour of 100% extra dark.

Step 2

Melt your chocolate flakes into milk - dairy or plant-based - either on the hob, in the microwave, or in a maker. Make it long for hot drinks, or short for cold.

Step 3

Prepare any extra flavours to add to your drink - think grated ginger, steeped mint leaves or a pinch of chilli.

Step 4

Pour your velvety smooth drink into your favourite mug, bowl or glass, and enjoy.
