Knoops loyalty terms
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing or using this programme, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all these terms, you should not participate in this programme.
These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to, and participation in, the Knoops loyalty programme which in the United Kingdom is operated by Knoops Holdings Limited or its affiliated companies, herein referred to as “Knoops”. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Knoops for products, services or otherwise.
Knoops reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate Knoops loyalty and/or these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Knoops loyalty at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.knoops.co.uk and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued participation in Knoops loyalty will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Knoops loyalty. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop participating in Knoops loyalty.
How it works
Knoops loyalty is in place to reward and thank loyal members for purchasing Knoops chocolate drinks and retail products.
When you opt in to Knoops loyalty, you will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on our website and in Knoops stores.
You must download the app for store use, or opt into the Knoops loyalty via your account online to be able to start earning points. It will not be possible to earn points on an order placed prior to joining the Knoops loyalty programme.
A member may only register one account. Knoops can delete any duplication.
A member can earn a maximum of 400 points.
Loyalty points will expire after 12 months. Where possible, we will try and notify you in advance that your points are about to expire but, in any case, it is your responsibility to make sure you use your points before they expire. Expired points cannot be redeemed or reinstated to the app.
Points will always be rounded down to the nearest whole number when earning, and rounded up to the nearest whole number when spending.
Points are linked to the email address or phone number you have opted into Knoops loyalty with. You must use the same email account on the app and online for the points to align. Your QR code must be scanned in store, and you must be logged into your account online. Knoops are not responsible for any points missed for either transaction.
A Member will receive bonus points once a year only for their birthday. Any accounts looking to obtain bonus points untruthfully will be banned from Knoops loyalty.
A Member will only be able to change their date of birth on the Website or the App once and may only be entitled to change their date of birth if the original date of birth that a Member entered was an accidental error, proof of DOB may be requested. Each Member represents that they will not fraudulently change their date of birth on the website or the app.
Points are non-transferrable and cannot be shared with friends and family or transferred to a different account.
Points can be redeemed between 30-60 points on specific drinks in store. There is no monetary value for your points. Knoops is entitled to change these redemptions as they see fit.
Points will not be earned when purchasing a gift-card, gift packaging, hot chocolate maker or coffee machine.
Points can't be earned through delivery apps e.g. Deliveroo.
If you receive a refund, on a purchase that you earned points, the points earned will be deducted from your balance.
Knoops reserves the right to amend the point scheme at any time, or withhold customer’s from earning or redeeming further points. Knoops also reserve the right to turn off the app at any time, with no monetary reimbursement required for points accumulated.
