Our 80% Extra dark is an intense chocolate, and a 2022 Great Taste Award winner, with judges saying: "The aroma was surprisingly sweet and enticing and we liked how the drink was reassuringly chocolatey without being too dense or filling. Very moreish."

How to use

Instructions

Simply heat 200ml of your choice of dairy or plant-based milk in a microwave, milk frother or in a saucepan on the hob. Add 8 teaspoons of chocolate flakes and stir until melted through. Or use one of our makers to craft your drink.

Our flakes work in all other hot chocolate makers.

Knoopology at home

Stir ¼ teaspoon of vanilla paste through your hot chocolate for some sweetness without sugar, or add to the depth of flavour with a pinch of chilli powder. See more hot chocolate recipes here.

Our cardboard tubes are fully recyclable and are made from recycled materials. Our flakes are packaged in a plastic inner bag which can be recycled where facilities exist.
