Our speciality coffee
Our 100% Arabica speciality coffee is a single origin from Brazil that is roasted in our own roastery in London. With a creamy, velvety body and distinctive nutty, caramel and milk chocolate notes, it works perfectly for espresso based drinks, combined with milk, and of course, with Knoops chocolate.
All of our coffees and mochas made in store use our coffee.
Brazilian beans, roasted in London
Grown on a family-run farm in Capoeirinha, enormous pride is taken in the coffee’s traceability, with detailed and transparent production, including the names of every farmer involved in the entire growing and picking process. After this, it’s washed, pulped, then dried in the sun to create what’s known as natural pulped coffee.
When it makes its way to London, each batch of beans is roasted manually, cooled, and colour measured to ensure consistency in the flavour profile, before being packed and distributed to our stores.
