Jens says: Our latest addition - and my favourite 100% chocolate so far. It has lots of flavour without the intense bitterness of a sugar-free chocolate. Plus, it's packed with antioxidants.
History: The cocoa for this single-origin chocolate grows in volcanic soil on the island of Guadalcanal - part of the Solomon Islands, which lie off the north-east coast of Australia.
Instructions
Heat 200ml of milk (1 large mug) - frothed milk works best for the authentic Knoops taste. Add 8 tsp of chocolate flakes and stir until fully dissolved.
Pairing
Simple: Chilli
Method: Add a smidgen of chilli powder to your heated hot chocolate and stir, before pouring out.
