Single origin hot chocolate flakes
Single origin chocolates are made from one cocoa bean variety, originating from a specific region or plantation, choose from our range of:
- 43% Milk (Venezuela) - notes of roasted hazelnut and butterscotch, and a Great Taste Award winner.
- 65% Dark (Colombia) - Fruity notes and hints of coffee with a strong cocoa taste.
- 72% Extra dark (Peru) - A Great Taste Award winner with rich flavour, balanced by fruity notes, and hints of banana, caramel and cashew.
- 100% Extra dark (Solomon Islands) - Our highest % flakes have a deep, rich cocoa taste with subtle notes of dates. Slightly gentler than some 100% chocolates, with no added sugar.
