Grab your shaker, 54% chocolate flakes, milk (dairy or non), fresh ginger, ice cubes or some ice cream if you're making a milkshake.
Make a small, strong hot chocolate in the shaker by microwaving 5 teaspoons of flakes in milk (up to the level 2 mark).
With the lid firmly on and pushed down, shake for 10 seconds, then top up with cold milk.
Grate half a teaspoon of ginger and add to your shaker.
Add ice cubes for an iced chocolate, or ice cream - about three teaspoons - for a milkshake.
Pop your lid back on and give it a final good shake to make sure your drink is velvety smooth, then pour and enjoy.
