How to make a
Knoops Halloween
Spiced Mocha

No tricks, just treats…

To celebrate Halloween, we are highlighting our warming Spiced Mocha (for the grown-ups) – a 54% hot chocolate with a double espresso, nutmeg, chilli and cinnamon. Here Jens Knoop shows you how to make this at home, in our Knoopifier or on the hob.

How do you make your hot chocolate?

I'm making it on the hob

Pour 175ml of milk (or dairy alternative) into the Knoopifier jug, add 34gr of chocolate buttons of your choice and start the hot chocolate programme. In the meantime, pull a single or double shot of espresso.

When the Knoopifier is finished, add a smidgen of chilli, 1/8 tsp of nutmeg, a ¼ tsp  of cinnamon and the espresso, to your hot chocolate. Stir it well and serve.
