The Knoops loyalty app & gift cards

We have two gift card options, depending if you would like the recipient to be able to spend it online OR in one of our stores.

1. You can buy a gift card to redeem in our online shop here, that can be sent via email.

2. You can now buy an in-store gift card in one of our shops - it is only redeemable in store.

3. Alternatively, you can transfer credit to someone to spend in-store via the Knoops App (download it for Apple, and Android). Once the app is installed, tap the menu on the top left then “Transfer”. To gift credit or e-wallet points, all you need is their phone or email that they registered with. They will receive an email saying points have been transferred, they just need to accept them and open the app to use them.
