FAQ - Do I need to create a new app account?
To use our loyalty app you'll need to create a new account. If you had an account on our previous app, this login will not work.
If you have transferred points from our previous app, please make sure to create your account using the same email address to ensure you receive your points.
- Download the app for iOS here or Android here.- Create a new account by clicking the 'New user? sign up' button at the bottom of the app homescreen.
- Enter your email address to create a new account.
- You'll then receive an email with a verification pin, enter this when prompted to login to your new account. If you don't receive this email, please check your junk email folder.
