Our story
Our Founder + Chocolate Sommelier, Jens Knoop, began sharing his passion for hot chocolate when he opened the first Knoops in Rye, East Sussex.
The Knoops concept is based around our carefully curated % chocolate menu, sourced for their distinct tasting notes.
